Rice Bags for heat and cold

Locally hand sewed rice sacks that heat up in the microwave to put on sore muscles or body.

These are made with removable and washable covers (do not dry). Although we do not recommend icing joints and muscles very often, these can also be put in the freezer for an ice pack for those hot summer days. A low heat temperature rice sack is also very useful when sleep training your young ones as this adds a sensation of warmth that Mom or Dad would typically give off.
